Frequently Asked Questions

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every Rosey piece is handmade in small batches by me in the North West of England. Because each item is made by hand, you may notice tiny variations that make your piece completely unique.


Why do the colours vary?

Many of my pieces are naturally dyed using plants and botanical materials.

Natural dyes are beautifully unpredictable. Just as no two flowers are identical, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Colour variations are part of the story and beauty of slow, natural craftsmanship.


Will my naturally dyed item fade?

Natural dyes are beautifully alive and may gently evolve over time.

Every piece is carefully prepared before dyeing to help ensure colourfast. While slight changes can happen with age and wear, this is part of the natural beauty of botanical dyes rather than a flaw.

To help your piece last as long as possible:

  • Wash gently by hand or on a delicate cold cycle.

  • Use a mild detergent.

  • Avoid bleach.

  • Dry away from direct sunlight.

  • Do not tumble dry.


How long will my order take?

If your item is ready to ship, orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer. Any estimated turnaround times will be shown on the product page.


What is your returns policy?

I hope you love your order. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact me before returning your item so I can provide return instructions.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. I'll work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.


Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply.


Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to help, but once an order has shipped I am unable to cancel it.
